Handmade/ Custom Products

Anything handmade in my store please allow 1 week to make. If purchasing multiple handmade items please allow 2 to 3 weeks.

Payment

I accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

I may accommodate another form of payment (CashApp). Please contact me prior to purchasing.

Shipping

I offer $4.95 standard Shipping and Free Shipping over $49.99 (US).

I also offer Selling in Person to friends and family which is free. Please contact me before hand.

Downloadable items such as Patterns always are delivered free.

Special Request/Custom Orders

Starting in 2024, I will no longer accept Clothing/Cosplay requests, except for accessories and jewelry. My focus will shift toward creating sewing patterns, tutorials, and DIY content. Additionally, I plan to continue sharing tutorials and DIY videos on my website, social media, and Patreon.

Return Policy

Customer Satisfaction is my #1 goal and I will strive to make things right if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase you may return your item within 10 days of receiving the item.
Please fill out the contact form on the Contact page.
The item must be in the original package, unworn and in perfect condition.
Make sure you add the reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product)
A refund will be for the purchased price to the original form of payment (e.g. PayPal, Credit)

Custom Orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Downloadable content is also non-refundable.
